Delivery Areas and Times

Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

We strive to have your coffee roasted and shipped within 48 hours of your order during weekdays.

As a guide, some examples of delivery times are below.

Domestic

  • Sydney Metro (1-2 business days)
  • Regional NSW (2-3 business days)
  • Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane: (2-4 business days)
  • Canberra & Hobart: (1-5 business days)
  • Darwin, Perth and Interstate Regional areas: (3-10 business days)

International

  • New Zealand (10-16 business days)
  • Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe (10-28 business days)
  • Rest of the world (14-30 business days)

Express

You can select Domestic or International Express Shipping during checkout if it's available for your address.

However, please note that there could be longer-than-usual delivery times due to restrictions, customs delays and fewer flights.

Shipping Costs

All orders over $75.00 qualify for free Standard shipping within Australia.

All other orders (including international), will have the shipping cost displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent with a tracking number. If you have not received your order within the delivery timeframes above, please check your tracking number online or contact us.

Authority to Leave for Domestic Orders

Our delivery partner has authority to leave your delivery at your address if you are not at home. This ensures you receive your coffee quickly and as hassle-free as possible. If the delivery driver does not identify a safe place to leave your coffee then it will be available for collection from your local Australia Post outlet, as per the delivery card left by the driver.

If you do not want to allow 'authority to leave' on your delivery please put a clear note in the cart page or contact us when you place your order to advise us.
